Severe flooding that affected Jakarta, was beginning to recede on February 4, according to local authorities. The Indonesian capital suffered weeks of flooding due to heavy rains, disrupting transportation and causing evacuations. Footage from west Jakarta shows traffic moving through flooded streets.
